Shipping Policy

Our ability to deliver your order depends entirely on the accuracy of the information you provide. Whether you are ordering products for yourself or on behalf of others, it is your responsibility to provide a complete and precise delivery address. WUBTOPIA ENTERPRISE shall not be held liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise undeliverable addresses.

In the event that a shipment is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, regardless of the reason, you remain responsible for all shipping and handling fees associated with that shipment. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses. We also require that your rental agreement accommodates signed-for or registered items. For this reason, we strongly recommend providing a residential or business address where someone is available to sign for the delivery.

Shipping will be carried out according to the methods and rates stated on our website. Once an order has been shipped to the address you provided, WUBTOPIA ENTERPRISE assumes no responsibility for the condition of the item or for any delivery issues. Any claims for loss or damage must be filed directly with the courier service responsible for the shipment.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic orders are shipped via GDEX courier service. In-stock items are typically dispatched within a few business days of order placement, and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout prior to payment. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate, as WUBTOPIA ENTERPRISE will not be responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Ground shipping generally requires 1–3 working days; however, delivery times exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped via FedEx or TNT Express. Please be aware that customs clearance procedures may result in delays beyond our control, and exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed as they vary by country. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks of such delays. Standard international shipping typically requires 3–10 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout, and WUBTOPIA ENTERPRISE reserves the right to request additional fees for oversized shipments or to cancel an order if necessary.
